3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExpenseWise, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any use of our website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from our website.
8. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by ExpenseWise. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that ExpenseWise is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites. 9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. ExpenseWise reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
